We have an application fee of $20 per applicant. Once you have completed the required information you will be sent to the payment processing screen.

If you choose to print the application, and submit it on location, then please include the payment at that time in the form of money order or cashier’s check.  Printable Application and Cosigner Application available here. We will not be able to process the application until all monies have been received.

Please allow 1 business day to hear a response regarding your approval status, once all information has been submitted.

Pet Policy– We only allow pets in our Lease with Option to Purchase Program homes. Pets are not allowed in rental homes. We have updated our lease and rules to be consistent and in compliance with the Fair Housing Act concerning service, emotional support and companion animals. We will permit and make reasonable accommodations to our rules, policies, practices or services when such accommodations may be necessary to afford person(s) with disabilities equal opportunities to use and enjoy a dwelling.

I hereby consent to allow Brite Homes LLC, Brite Properties LLC, Cedar Hill Estates LLC, Eagle Creek LLC, Landmark Manor LLC, and/or Sycamore Springs LLC, through its designated agent and its employees, to obtain and verify my credit information, criminal information, and/or eviction information for the purpose of determining whether or not to lease a home to me. I understand that should I lease a home, Brite Homes, and its agents shall have the continuing right to review my credit information, criminal information, rental application, payment history and occupancy history for account review purposes and for improving application review methods.
